DUTIES andRESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責(zé):
? Provide clinical neurology services in Jiahui Clinics andJiahui International Hospital （outpatient andinpatient care）.
? Be available forneurological emergency consultations during the night, weekend, orholiday as needed.
? Participate in the training of trainees fromHospital Medicine, Family Medicine andother related specialties in Neurology, andbe responsible forsupervision of the trainees when they rotate in neurology services.
? Participate in quality andsafety programs, staff andeducational meetings, etc.
? Maintain high-standard professionalism andpatient’s confidentiality.
? Abide by medical staff bylaws, Jiahui’s policies andgovernment’s regulations.
? Perform other assignments designated by the Chief of Service andChief Medical Officer.
? Equally share call/coverage duties
? Daily inpatient ward round forhis/her own patients
? Meet Standards of professional conduct andcourtesy
? Appropriate code, document andsubmit charges in a timely manner
? Provide administrative support andcommittee assignments as requested
? Participate in Fellow training when requested
? Attend MAO-physicians meeting, departmental meetings, GrandRound, Committee meetings andCEO meeting when asked for
EXPERIENCES, SKILLS andABILITIES 經(jīng)驗，技能及能力要求：
? Board Certification （orequivalent） andactive license in Neurology.
? Qualification in Basic Life Support.
? At least 15 years’ experience in clinical practice.
? At least 10 years’ clinical experience as attending physician in neurology.
? Experience in EEG, EMG orNeuropathology preferred.
