職位描述 ? Using international best practices andevidence based standards to provide patients high quality dental orthodontic service （ including invisible aligner technique, fixed appliance technique , Functional Therapy etc. ） preforming follow ups androunding with clinical leadership based on patient needs. ? Partner with Dentistry staffs andsupporting teams to communicate patient dental requirements andhelp identify clinical trends orbest practices to improve dental orthodontic services ? Lead in the development of clinical orthodontic treatment policies forjuniororthodontist andpatient care/assessment andfollow-up care. ? Train other dental nurses andother departments on dental care andbest practices related to special clinical needs ? Collect andassess patient feedback on services to support best practices andcontinuous growth ? Cooperating with BD、Marketing teams to promote the Jiahui Dentistry brand ? Equally share call/coverage duties ? Daily inpatient ward round forhis/her own patients ? Meet Standards of professional conduct andcourtesy ? Appropriate code, document andsubmit charges in a timely manner ? Provide administrative support andcommittee assignments as requested ? Participate in Fellow training when requested ? Attend MAO-physicians meeting, departmental meetings, GrandRound, Committee meetings andCEO meeting when asked for
